Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations made through Cruz Lee Leisure for holiday accommodations. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
Booking and reservation
A reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received according to the payment conditions stated at the time of booking. The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for providing correct and complete information. The accommodation may only be used by the guests stated in the reservation unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms
Payment conditions, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, are communicated during the booking process. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed booking conditions.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in after 15.00 and check-out before 11.00. Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in a clean and acceptable condition. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
Use of the property
The accommodation is intended for holiday purposes only. Guests must respect the property, neighbours, and local rules and regulations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and must report any damage immediately.
Number of guests
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay at the accommodation unless prior approval has been given.
Additional costs
Any additional costs, such as utilities, cleaning fees, or other services, will be charged according to the booking conditions.
Liability
Cruz Lee Leisure and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, or damage to personal belongings during the stay, except where required by applicable law. Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance.
Force majeure
Cruz Lee Leisure and the property owner are not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws relevant to the accommodation and the booking agreement. Any disputes will first be handled through good-faith communication.
