We understand how important reliable Wi-Fi and electricity are, especially when travelling or working remotely, and we will always do our best to assist if an interruption occurs.

If you are visiting during the rainy season, we simply ask you to keep in mind that tropical island life can sometimes come with a little unpredictable weather.
